Biography

Professor Dr. Md. Bellal Hossain is a Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering and serves as the Director of the Industrial Innovation Centre (IIC) at Daffodil International University. He is dedicated to bridging academia and industry through innovation, applied research, skill development, and industry collaboration. Through his leadership, IIC has implemented impactful initiatives including the ASSET Skill Development Project, CPCN Certification Program, Beekeeping and Honey Production Project, and other industry-linked programs that enhance employability and entrepreneurship.
